Gaborone: BancABC on 8thAug 2018 re-launched its Fresh Save Deposit Campaign, which is aimed at encouraging both existing and potential customers to practice a culture of saving by opening the Fresh Save Account.
The Fresh Save Account is just another way in which BancABC continues to invent financial solutions that empower the Bank’s customers to fulfil their dreams throughout each stage of their life’s journey, under the campaign theme, ‘’Thank yourself later’’. As opposed to emphasizing the importance of saving for a rainy day, the campaign messaging encourages the public to look into ways they could reward themselves, as they work hard for their money, and save towards specific goals
“As a financial services provider, we understand that the thought of saving can be daunting, but the rewards are worth the wait. It is not that people do not want to save, it is mostly because there is hardly any ‘extra cash’ left after paying the bills each month end. With the Fresh Save account, we want to show Batswana that saving is not about putting away lots of money, but about saving the little they can, and having the patience to see some of your dreams and aspirations become a reality,’’ said BancABC Country Head of Retail Banking, Grace Setlhare - Mankanku.
The Bank also be running a competition which will incentivize not only exiting Fresh Save account holders but also those who will be opening new Fresh Save accounts. Customers will stand a chance to win P1000. 00 each week over a period of 8 weeks.
Concluded Grace Setlhare – Mankanku, “As a show of faith and commitment to ensuring our customers realize their aspirations, we as the Bank will outside the weekly competition, put on the table, the offer for new and existing Fresh Save account holders to stand a chance to double their deposit up to P50,000.00. With the holiday season fast approaching, we can think of many ways in which P50K could come handy.”
